My next door neighbor, and very good friend, Carla made me dinner tonight... totally unexpected, and absolutely delicious. So, I wondered what I could do for her, and I decide to honor her with a personal plug and a flattering post.

She makes the most beautiful cakes. She is so clever and artistic with them. I love coming by every weekend just to see the orders she's sending out. Everything from weddings to mother's day! Over the hill, and baby showers!

They are holding up better than I thought. I thought they would get sick of sitting through the rest of the play after their part was done, but they are loving it! We are having so much fun and I'm so happy my girls get to be involved. Most years they get so used to playing on stage during rehearsals that they don't understand why they can't hop up during the performances, but this year they can and it is so fun for me to watch!!!!

Last night, I was finishing up dinner and Todd was setting the table. Gwen was kneeling on our bench at the dining room table. Life was normal... and quiet. All of sudden Gwen passed gas, and it was really loud for such a sweet little bottom. Todd and I chuckle at eachother, not making a big deal. Then Gwen turns around and looks at us and says, "Your welcome!"

Umm....Thanks???

I'm costume mistress for Independence Highschool's Wizard of Oz!!! Do you have green fabric you are done with? Do you have green clothes you are getting rid of? Do you have green costumes you want to loan out??? or give away????

We had a surprise birthday party for Stephanie. It was a lot of fun. I'm not sure what was going on in the first picture?? (dandi is sooo weird!)

so here is what's really funny

She's OBSESSED with the movie Dumbo. She calls it Elephant. Every time she says elephant it sounds like "OH $#!&". I'm not sure how descriptive I should be, but it is SOOOOOO FUNNY! When she wants to watch Dumbo, she walks around saying "OH bleep" "OH bleep"
